There are several amenities in the tower including a fully equipped gym, two swimming pools, a steam and sauna room and 24-hour security services. The Dubai Mall is just an 18-minute drive away from the building while one can get to Palm Jumeirah within 10 minutes. The tower is located quite close to Jumeirah Lake Towers. People can also take a stroll down The Walk, JBR after driving for about 5 minutes. Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport are roughly 30 minutes away.
