 The apartment was good and in check in we were contacted by Adel which he made everything smooth. our only problem was with the access card which took 7days out of our 10 to receive it. They keep telling us they sent an email everyday and when we go to reception there’s nothing! And the same circle goes on every single day! Till we sent an email then we finally got it. During the checkout we got Shabahir and he was such a great person honestly which made our last day special seeing someone from the team with much care.

 In the beginning there were some issues with reservation team and support team due their mishandling of client request. However the matter was efficiently dealt with by the Operations manager in a professinal manner.

And the customer service improved after feedback. All our requirements were fulfilled by Ali, operations manager and as an act of reciprocity he also arranged weekly cleaning services as part of complimentary benefit to the client.

The service from the team so far has been excellent.

We just had an engineering team including Shabahir Mohammad come in to fix an issue with weak wi-fi in one of the bedroom's. Very helpful and friendly service from him and quick fix. Thank you sir.

Also another team with 2 gentleman were in to fix the locks on the sliding doors. Again very helpful, polite and quick to fix. Thank you to you too gents.

 Adel is a very professional and comforting agent at Deluxe. He ensured I had a good and comfortable stay. He even checked everything beforehand to ensure it was a smooth check in.

Overall it's been peaceful. The locality is a little far from the nearby supermarket and definitely far from the metro but the flat is very very comfortable.

My only issue was with the customer support delays on helping out with some services in the flat. But overall, it's been good so far. Good choice for a long term stay.

 This apartment was amazing it’s a little far out from central dubai but we were fully aware of that when we booked it our stay was amazing my boys loved and were calling it their new home. The customer service we had from the company was also second to none they were very prompt and professional.

The only issue I had while staying here was that the mattresses are very hard and quite uncomfortable to sleep if they changed them this would be the perfect place to stay.
