Pet-Friendly Properties
Only select properties are designated as pet-friendly. Guests must confirm pet availability during the booking process.
Maximum Number of Pets
A limit of one pet per booking applies.
Allowed Pets
Only approved dogs and cats allowed. Exotic pets are not allowed without special approval.
Weight Limit
Pets must weigh under 10 kg unless approved in advance.
Fees and Deposits
Pet Cleaning Fee:
A non-refundable cleaning fee of AED 1,000 for studios and 1-bedroom units, and AED 2,000 for larger units, will be charged per stay.
Additional Security Deposit:
An extra AED 1,500 will be added to the standard security deposit to cover potential damages.
Supervision
Pets must never be left unattended at the property
Noise Control
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not disturb neighbors (e.g. barking, whining,...)
Clean-Up
Guests must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors, using waste disposal bags and designated bins.
Furniture
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture to prevent stains or damage.
Health and Safety
Pets must be vaccinated and free of fleas or ticks. Proof of vaccination may be required at check-in.
Prohibited Activities
Pets are not allowed in shared facilities such as pools, gyms, or lounges. Aggressive pets are strictly prohibited.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
By booking a pet-friendly property, guests agree to comply with this policy. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or the cancellation of the reservation.
