Check-in at Reva Residences typically begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you need a different time, just let Deluxe Homes know—they’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, small pets are welcome at Reva Residences. A refundable AED 1,000 deposit and a daily AED 70 fee apply. Service animals may be exempt—Deluxe Homes can assist with arrangements.

Is housekeeping included?

Yes, a complimentary basic cleaning is provided every fourth day. If you’d like more frequent cleaning, linen changes, or laundry services, just ask—these can be arranged for an additional fee.
