Frequently Asked Questions for Landlords

Yes. It is fully compliant with all relevant regulations, including SIRA’s requirements for hotels and short-term rentals.

No, landlords do not have access to real-time entry and exit logs while the property is under our management. Only Deluxe Holiday Homes can view this information to manage guest stays, ensuring privacy and protecting the interests of those staying at the property. Access to logs is granted to landlords only once the property is no longer under our management.

Access codes automatically expire according to the agreed-upon check-in and check-out dates. If a guest overstays without prior arrangements, Deluxe Holiday Homes will handle the situation accordingly—landlords do not need to take any action.

Each code is programmed to expire at the end of a guest’s booking. You can customize the duration via the app.

Wi-Fi is recommended for real-time syncing, but the lock can function with local Bluetooth in case of temporary connectivity issues.
