Bellmawr Senior Living Apartments
DeLuxe Building Systems built this 130 living unit 2 building senior living community in Bellmawr, NJ. The apartments were designed to meet Energy Star® heating requirements, and Magic-Pak™ units were installed in each apartment, increasing energy efficiency as well as allowing tenants individual control of their central heating and air conditioning. The 114,919 square foot 3 story buildings were constructed as 159 separate modular units off site and shipped to the jobsite via truck. Because the units were built in DeLuxe’s controlled manufacturing facility, they were constructed in less than half the time conventional construction would have required.
