Building the American Dream
Donald E. Meske, founder of DeLuxe, created a company in 1965 to respond to the building requests of the marketplace. His direction was to provide superior quality, innovation of design and affordability to his customers. They responded in a very positive fashion, thus allowing for the phenomenal growth of DeLuxe. His focus and direction provided for continuous growth and development of System-Built offerings. Today the company offers an array of Multi-Family products and materials that provide building solutions to our customers throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States and internationally. DeLuxe has maintained its success in the market place because we continually listen to our customers and deliver what they want and need.
Multi-Family and Commercial Projects
DeLuxe can adapt and produce architectural plans for a complete offering of Multi-Family apartments, dormitories, duplexes, hotels, motels and townhouses in a wide selection of elevations and floor plan layouts. DeLuxe can build in wood framed, steel framed, or steel framed with concrete floors up to 11 stories While wood framed construction is typical on many of the Multi-Family projects that DeLuxe builds, on mid-rise projects, steel with concrete floors is the construction technique of choice. By utilizing our own system of steel framing, welded structural columns, welded steel trusses and studding and poured concrete floors, it allows DeLuxe to meet the rigorous requirements necessary for each commercial mid-rise project. DeLuxe uses only the highest quality materials and reliable construction techniques in the manufacturing of each product. This factory-controlled, proven manufacturing process is the connection to year-round building capabilities and client satisfaction. In addition, the typical requirements of commercial construction such as elevators can easily be incorporated into the designs of each project. A variety of room(s) and suites sizes can be accomplished within the project to meet the varying occupant needs and ownerships profit requirements. The possibilities of configurations and designs are essentially unlimited. System-Built construction is the perfect cost effective approach to building when time and quality can make a difference.

The Manufacturing Process
During the construction process, units are placed on the production line and travel through various work stations guided by a moving track. As these units are moved down the production line, skilled tradesmen build with a high degree of accuracy and quality. The materials they use are protected from the weather in on-site warehouse facilities. This proven, controlled process of manufacturing equates to year-round building capabilities that enables faster and more economical building capabilities than traditional site-built construction.
