The Team:

Director of Business Development - works with you to determine project feasibility, timeline and ballpark pricing.

Preconstruction Manager - works with you to develop the project; including specifications, scopes of work, budget pricing, and project management through the executed contract.

Project Coordinator - Works with your design team and our Structural Engineer to coordinate the design and engineering details.

Project Administrator - coordinates and processed all information and documentation between the Project Owner, Design team(s), and Deluxe departments.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing - works with you on all contracts and agreements as well as project promotion.

Project Manager - manages the project from the executed contract through construction, final completion and turnover.
