DeLuxe Building Systems, Inc. is introducing the Student Living Series; three unique patterned designs for student housing that give colleges, universities and private developers the tools to design premiere student housing facilities. Based on three and five modular-unit layouts, the patterns provide an alternative and effective way to quickly construct student housing before the fall semester begins. Each design contains combinations of living areas that can be further combined to create student housing with an unlimited amount of square footage that extends as far as 12 stories in height.

Individually, each of the three designs in the Student Living Series offers colleges and private developers a different option: The 1001 is based on a five modular unit layout; the 1002, a three modular unit layout and the 1003 offers a combination of three and five modular unit layouts.

Each design in the Student Living Series includes combinations of single rooms, suites, and common areas including fitness centers, lounges, and snack bars. Also present are ADA accessible rooms and suites, resident director suites and laundry facilities. The Student Living Series is built using DeLuxe’s non-combustible steel frame systems that meet critical safety requirements for on and off campus student housing.
